Zhunan Snake Kiln is one of the few traditional kilns left in Taiwan that’s still well-preserved and working today. Once you walk in, you’ll be greeted by the warmth of the century-old fire and the sweet aroma of local tea. You can try your hand at making pottery and enjoy a cup of Taiwanese tea using a cup you made yourself. Lately, the kiln has focused on wood-fired art, cultural research, and hosting workshops to pass down these traditional skills. By joining international events, they’re helping Taiwan’s pottery culture shine bright for the whole world to see.
